The project aims to maintain 500.000 m³/day water from the Manavgat River, transfer it (half treated, half pure water) to foreign countries by sea via underwater pipeline systems or sea terminals.

The project consists of the following sections:

• 500.000 m³/day capacity Water Intake Structure and Pump house at the downstream of Manavgat Dam.
• Approximately 900 m long 2xDN1200 elevating pipelines between the Pumphouse and the Water Treatment Plant.
• 250.000 m³/day capacity Water Treatment Plant.
• Approximately 10.000 m long 2xDN1600 pipelines between treatment plant and the shore.
• Valve room at the shore.
• Undersea pipeline of DN1200 mm with 12.000 m total length, and 2SPM terminals at 80 m depth for loading water to 60.000-250.000 DWT vessels.
• 154 kW substation feeder construction in order to maintain the power for the overall system.
