The location of the project lies within Pamukova between Adapazarı and Bilecik, near the Sakarya river. The power of the river type HEPP will be 3x3.1 MW. The power plant will be operated by the customer for 30 years and will be handed over to the state.
The project consists of the following parts:

- HEPP structure
