The 2nd stage was completed in January'99.

The development and the construction of 110.000 m² park and 55.000 m² residential complex that has 224 luxurious 31 stories high. It has recreation facilities such as fitness, indoors swimming pool, sauna. Underground parking area for 230 cars is available.

The construction is located in a 110.000 m² area in a valley where the landscaping of the full area is involved within the project. The outdoor lighting, and the access to the city roads are also included. An artificial pool of 600 m2 and an artificial waterfall is a part of the recreation facility within the project.
