The project area lies within the World Trade Center in Istanbul which stands very close to the International Atatürk Airport.

The contract covers the turnkey construction of a business complex including the offices and showrooms of companies manufacturing and exporting textile and clothing. Main idea of the Project is to establish a Center of Textile for the use of Turkish companies which export goods to other countries.

The complex is composed of the following sections:

• 6 Office Blocks
  each of 19 floors
  floor area of 1.300 m²
• 4 Multipurpose Business Centers
  each of 3 floors
  floor area of 1.800 m²
  shall combine the office blocks to each other

Total amount of concrete is 107.000 m³.

Apart from the building blocks, the project covers wide areas for parking, for landscaping (over 200.000 m² green area), security and communication services, and the complete infrastructure of the area.
